1. Manual Filter Press

Features:

  1. Manual filter press is intermittent pressure filter which is used in mini-type, low pressure various solid/liquid separation industries. Pressure for filtration is less than 0.4MPa.
  2. The filter press is composed of 3 main parts: frame, filter plate and pressing device. In operation the pressing device is screwed type closing device. The pressing devices includes hand wheel, gear wheel and screw lead.
  3. This press is reliable in performance, easy to operate and maintain and achieve a more efficient level of separation.

Features:

  1. Frequency conversion motor draw plate: smooth and reliable in operation and low in power consumption
  2. Automatic control system: Omron, Siemens and Schneider products are used to realize overall process automatic control
  3. Hydraulic system is smooth and reliable in operation: hydraulic components are Italian ATOS products; the integrated components are made through machining center; the oil tank is fabricated with advanced manufacturing process

3. Programmed Auto High Pressure PP Membrane Filter Press

Features:

  1. As the first in China, the diaphragm filter press adopts the most advanced filter process. The unit is used to reduce moisture in materials and increase solid rate by 8%-35%
  2. Wash liquid impurities in press cake to improve purity of the solid ingredients in filter residue
  3. Wash the solution in press cake to improve filtrate recovery; Air pressing or water pressing can be selected for diaphragm filter plates, with a pressure range of 0.5-1.6 MPa

Features:

  1. Filter plates are made of strengthened polypropylene through mould pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odourless
  2. Programmed arm tie, electrical system controlled, hydraulic system controlled or computer controlled, completely automatic
  3. Hydraulic devices are adopted for pressing and releasing filter plates with maximum pressing pressure of 25 MPa, and automatic pressure maintaining by using electro connecting pressure gauge
  4. The maximum filtering pressure is 1.0 MPa to ensure optimum conditions of cake formation and pressure filtration
  5. Simple in operation, safe and labour saving, use buttons on the control panel to control continuous actions, and safe in operation with multiple safety devices.
