A globally reckoned name in the field of General Management, Mr. R . Mishra is a metallurgist from B.I.T. Sindri (India) and alumini - of the Harvard Business School (Boston, USA). He has developed an in-depth insight into the subject with several trainings at the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad), Harbison Walker (Pittsburgh, USA), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, Tata Management Training Centre (Pune), National Institute of Technical and Industrial Engineering (NITIE). Mr. Mishra's successful career is marked by rich experience of over 38 years in the field of refractories and steel with Industry giants like Tata, and joint venture of Arcelor Mittal---ORIND refractories. Today, he is amongst the most respected orators and panelists on international business and economic forums - a familiar face in the business news channels.

He was member of various committees of Indian Refractory Makers’ Association (IRMA), and led International delegation, till he shifted his base to China as CEO of the joint venture. Mr. Mishra has a distinct recognition as an expert in Indo-Chinese business relations and culture. He was amongst few to receive Indian Prime Minister at Beijing. Also, a member of the Chinese delegation during the visit of the Chinese Premier Mr.Wen Jiabao to India in Feb., 2005. He has a passion to promote Indo-China trade and appreciate culture. He is an active member of several associations and societies, prominent amongst them are – Association of Iron and Steel Technology (AIST) USA, Indian Institute of Metals (life member), Indian Institute of Ceramics, American Ceramic Society, Indian Institute of Marketing Management, All Indian Management Association (AIMA). Mr. Mishra got the patent for High Alumina roof lining for electric arc furnace in 1975, a rare achievement then.

Mr. Mishra has traveled world-wide for business development and strategic alliances. He has visited 96 countries so far, exploring new opportunities in the field. He is an expert on Globalization, Leadership, Marketing strategy, Communications and Human Resource management. He was the first to develop consciousness on globalization as early in 1980s for the company he worked and navigated them to be a global brand. He firmly believes that a company is built on the strong foundation of Human Resources. A structured training and exposure to latest technology is key to success in 21st century. A staunch follower of ethics and values in corporate management, he advocates for corporate governance in true spirit. Mr. Mishra has been pivotal in introducing number of Indian business house in China by providing initial comforts through his decade long experience. He has documented and presented several research based technical papers on ‘Application of Refractories’ at National and International forums.

Mr. Mishra has been the face of Indian business in China. He has contributed numerous articles on regular basis for leading Indian and International magazines. His biography has been included in “Reference India – Biographical notes about men and women of Achievement of today and tomorrow (volume 3)”, “Asia Pacific Who’s Who”, “Asia Capital” magazine and Capital weekly of Hong Kong. His activities are not merely limited to his profession only. His company published a book (in Hindi) called “Rashmirathi – insights”. He is a sport lover and firmly believes in promoting education. He takes pride of working with global leaders like TATA and Arcelor Mittal, A charitable trust christened after him, namely, “Rajeshwar Mishra Charitable trust” takes up philanthropic tasks. He has been felicitated with several awards and recognitions.

Navin Mishra (DIRECTOR)
Mr. Navin Mishra is a next generation entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of International trading, Projects, Management and Commerce. He is a Commerce graduate with several Management Development Programs from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has also undergone special training for Management Teaching (Cambridge University). He has been in China for more than ten years and has developed an in-depth understanding of the Chinese business culture. He has actively participated in numerous seminars and workshops both as a delegate and speaker and is member of several societies including the Indian Ceramic Society, the Institution of Engineers, and the American Ceramic Society etc. He has been recipient of several prestigious awards including the Letter of Appreciation from the office of the Prime Minister, India.


Several technical & management papers of him have been published.

A sports lover – he played cricket for Mohamdan Sporting Club, Kolkata and was the captain of Basket ball team of his school. 

Nimal Chandra Kulshrestha

Mr. Kulshrestha, a metallurgist from B.H.U (India), also developed an in-depth insight into the subject with training in the USSR on 100-ton capacity EAF and CC machine. He participated in Production Planning and Control' conducted by 'NITIE', Mumbai.

Mr. Kulshrestha successful career is marked by rich experience of over 47 years, which made him competent in his work. He was associated with many leading organizations, to name few are  M.N. Dastur & Company Ltd, Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation.

He worked in reputed steel plants in many countries like Indonesia, Malaysia Libya & Mexico.

Mr. Kulshrestha, travelled all over the globe for business development. He has expertise in mini steel plants and project work & development. 

Kailash Chandra Sharma

Kailash Chandra Sharma (Chief HR & Administration)
Mr Sharma studied in Calcutta University and did his Post Graduation from North Staffordshire College of Ceramic Technology, Stoke-on-Trent, Sheffield, UK.

He worked with Tata’s for over 33 years.

He undertook training in Howard Pottery, UK & Mannesmann AG, Germany.

Mr. Ajit Pal Singh

Mr. Ajit Pal Singh has extensive experience in the field of International business of refractory.   He is a MBA in Marketing and has actively participated in various seminars and won several prestigious awards.   Management Executive by profession, Mr. Singh is presently responsible for foreign and maintaining Key Account relationships with major Refractory firms & steel plants globally. Backed with strong background in Electronics instrumentation & refractory materials, he has also developed a keen understanding of Chinese socio-economic culture.

Mr. Singh has traveled  extensively for business development  and was associated with many leading organizations.
